Director of Installations

Austin has extensive solar technology and operations management knowledge and a passion for teamwork and customer satisfaction. Kevin Wilcox

VP of Sales

Before joining Bright Energy Solar Group, Kevin made waves in the insurance industry as the youngest person approved as a State Farm Agent in California at 24. His impressive sales performance placed him among California’s top 25 sales agents for State Farm, a testament to his exceptional talent and dedication.

Outside of work, Kevin is an avid sports enthusiast. He enjoys coaching baseball and other sports, channeling his leadership skills and competitive spirit into nurturing young talent. Additionally, he maintains an active lifestyle by running and working out regularly, keeping his energy levels high and his mind sharp.

Savanna Colgrove

Office Manager

Savanna enjoys gardening and hiking, which allow her to connect with nature and recharge. Additionally, she has a sharp eye for interior design, often applying her creative talents to create inviting and inspiring spaces.

Megan Musser

Operations

Megan’s multifaceted role includes submitting and managing PTOs, building array maps for commissioning, following up on jobs needing service, and managing projects on Powur and ESP platforms. Attracted to the solar energy industry’s potential to help people save money, Megan finds her work rewarding and fulfilling. She takes pride in being part of a business that gives back to the community rather than just taking from it. This sense of purpose fuels her commitment to her work and the Bright Energy Solar team, whom she credits for building a company with such a positive impact.

Megan is a devoted mother who loves being active with her children. Every day, she makes a point of exploring the outdoors with them, whether on their morning walks or adventures to cool playgrounds and national parks in their area. For Megan, being a great mom while pursuing a career is not just a balancing act but her top passion.

AP Specialist

Office Assistant

Outside of her professional life, Stephanie is an avid volunteer and adventurer. She has participated in several volunteer excursions, including trips to Thailand and Hawaii, where she contributed to cleanup efforts and learned about green initiatives. These experiences have deepened her understanding of environmental issues and strengthened her commitment to eco-friendly practices.
